Principal’s Message

Khyati School of Engineering started its academic activities in year 2018 in the heart of Ahmedabad City with five branches of Diploma Engineering. The Institute offers Diploma Engineering courses in Civil, Computer, Electrical, Information Technology and Mechanical Engineering.

The Institute is approved by AICTE and affiliated to Gujarat Technological University. We aim to provide sufficient opportunities to each student to discover and understand themselves, and face and overcome challenges presented to them to make student life fulfilling and complete. Our objective is to offer quality technical education to the youngsters for excellence in technical skills and aptitude for getting a better career prospects and opportunities ahead. We believe in shaping youth into skilled technicians to meet the growing demand of the technical & skilled manpower at Regional, National and Global level for enhancing the economical as well as overall growth of the society and nation as a whole. The Institute always believes in the overall growth with practical knowledge.

Darshan Poonambhai Patel has completed his B.E. in Computer Engineering from Dharmsing Desai University, Nadiad and Master of Information Systems in Computer Engineering from Central Queensland University, Sydney (Australia). He is doing PHD in Computer Engineering. He is having about Sixteen years of academic/ Industry experience in the field of Computer Engineering at Diploma & Undergraduate level. He had guided projects at U G level as a part of the final year curriculum & published number of papers at National conferences & actively participated in various activities organized at department/ institutes/ State/ National/ level. During his academic career, he had organized various Seminars, Conferences, workshops, industry visits and Short Term Training Programs at Institute level. He is having Empathetic attitude towards students & Nature to attain professional excellence through benchmarking within and between individual s/ departments/ institutes. As a dedicated teacher, he timely accomplish all tasks related to academic and administrative work. Being a responsible and result oriented administrator, various duties and responsibilities like academic and administrative management of the institution, policy planning, monitoring & evaluation and promotional activities, implements staff development activities, maintain accountability. For promotion of professional avenues, extension services like, interaction with industry and society, participation in community services, providing R & D support and consultancy services to industry and other user agencies, providing non-formal modes of education for the benefit of the community, promotion of entrepreneurship and job creation, dissemination of knowledge, providing technical support in areas of social relevance, etc is carried out by him.
